You might be one of those that thinks you don't have any ideas, but the honest truth behind that thinking is you've probably too many interests.

Most people have a passion about something or other. I've found that the easiest way to identify this is to ponder on what you love doing the most. Once you've identified your burning passion, you'll be amazed how easily it can be transferred into a niche to create a blog with the view to make a fab passive income.
What's holding you back from your dream?
You might think the internet has had its day and there's no room for you - if that's what you're thinking, then I'd suggest that you think again because the internet is in its infancy. Or, you might think you're too young or too old - again, think again because anyone can do this even a child.
There are 3.75 billion people now online, this isn't a lot compared to how many people are in the world. Imagine the internet as the biggest marketplace in the world. Do you see now, how big your scope is and that it's never too late or too early to start anything.

Don't allow the idea of over-saturated niches to cloud your viewing mirror. Or, maybe you're disheartened that you simply can't find that special untouched niche. Whether saturated or barely touched, you can still enter an existing niche.
Whatever topic ideas you choose, they will work in time and with effort. My advise to you is that you will need to be at least half an expert with the view of becoming a super expert to capitalize.
How To Identify Great Blog Topic Ideas
To put it bluntly, a niche is something your interested in and it’s something you feel you can write about for months to come. Some of us often love lots of topics so if you’re one of them, then I’m going to breakdown how to choose the best for you.
To get start let’s look at these questions and try to answer them honestly:
- Game Controllers
- Gaming Chairs
- Body Building
- DOTA championships
Here are some good questions to ask yourself before starting:
- 1. Can you envision yourself writing about this topic in 6 months or a year?
- 2. Can you commit to creating at least 2 articles per week?
- 3. Do you feel you can add value to the online community?
- 4. Could you create something unique?
Breaking down these topic ideas into bite size pieces:
- Arts: movies, music, television, drawing, scrapbook
- Games: video games, RPGs, gambling, electronics, phones
- Kids: babies, toddlers, teens, schools, homeschooling
- Shopping: clothes, food, gifts
- Business: jobs, real estate, investing, banking, debt, political issues, farming
- Health: vegan, vegetarian, raw, fitness, cooking, alternative medicine, illnesses
- Society: people, family, religion, world news, cultures, dating, education
- Computers: internet, software, hardware
- Recreation: indoor sports, outdoor sports, traveling, entertainment, pets, specific animal breeds, museums
- Home: diy, gardening, painting, decorating, cooking, cleaning, crafts, sewing
- Science: viruses, latest outbreaks, biology, psychology, physics, anything medical
Starting with a big niche such as shopping or health that covers huge subjects is extremely hard work. I've been there, done that and it tough. It's therefore better to tackle a bite size piece of that niche. Digging deep is the answer to finding the one that’s right for you.
What If You Don't Have A Passion?
If you happen to be one of those that can’t come up with a niche, but still want to create a website, then Wealthy Affiliate maybe a good place to start.
They offer full training, excellent support, module courses ie Certificate Course training and afterwards you will have the option go through their BootCamp.
To get started, you need only one niche one website, but as time progresses you could venture into more. The plus side to owning one website means you can put all your effort into it.
Often times, creating your first site might make you realize you should have chosen a different topic. This was the case with myself, I eventually became good at WordPress, designing and creating content that a time came for me to step into teaching others how to do it. When this realization hits you, it's a good sign to start another website.
Ways to Find Your Topic Ideas to Start a new Site
Here, I'm assuming you don't know anything about finding blog topic ideas. These are good areas you can browse to find a good niche:
Today, Amazon is a very good place to start looking for blog topic ideas and to sign up with as an affiliate. Bloggers can make huge amounts of money from Amazon. And, it’s the ideal place to see what’s in demand and which niches are popular. To crack Amazon, you will need to find a niche you love, and concentrate on creating unique reviews about your product.
Check out their Best Sellers, it shows you an up-to-date list of products from every category. You can spend hours looking through them, so focus on the categories that you're interested in. The ‘Movers and Shakers’, ‘Most Wished For’ and Kindle are also in good demand.
The reason why many start as an Amazon Affiliate, ie create product reviews is because many people prefer to shop there these days. For one, my daughter is disabled and so it's very convenient for her to shop there, and she does it daily. I also use Amazon on one of my other sites.
Google Search Bar:
Type in Google’s search bar ‘your niche’ + ‘affiliate programs, ie baby diapers + affiliate programs. This will surprise you just how many high commission affiliates there are out there.
To make money with Google, sign up to their Goodle Adsense. Once accepted, you add a piece of code to your new site for readers to click on.
ShareAsale is also awesome place to search, narrow down niches and make money. To make money with ShareAsale there are thousands of companies within various niches wanting your custom to sell their products on your website.
Currently, the ShareAsale affiliate program does not permit CPM (Cost Per Thousand) or CPC (Cost Per Click); it only accepts Pay Per Sale (PPS) and Pay Per Lead (PPL). With this company you know exactly what you're earning, you're in full control and it's free.
